I love this salad and eat it several times a week. I love this salad and eat it several times a week.

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Artichokes, frozen, .33 package (9 oz) (remove)
    Black Olives, 5 jumbo (remove)
    Banana Peppers, .33 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Salsa, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 1 oz (remove)

Directions

wash and chop all the veggies and mix. Cut chicken in to bite size pieces and I love salsa as a healthier alternative to salad dressing.
