Ingredients
-
2.5 c. (20 oz. can) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. sugar-free black cherry jello
1 pkg. sugar-free raspberry jello
2 c. (16 oz. can) whole berry cranberry sauce
2 apples, peeled and diced
1 c. pine nuts, chopped
*water
Tips
It tastes best just after mixing in the last ingredients. If you must serve it later, make sure to cover it in the fridge. Then, mix it all up again just before serving.
Directions
1. Drain the pineapple juice into a measuring cup. Fill the rest of the measuring cup with water until you have a total of 2 cups of liquid (juice + water).
2. Boil the liquid. Dissolve the jello.
3. Stir in the cranberry sauce until it's all melted down. It should be all liquid except for the berries.
4. Pour the jello mix into a bowl/foil pan and chill in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours.
5. Mix in the apple, pineapple, and walnuts.
6. Chill for another hour.
