Introduction

Ingredients

    Fresh Spinach - 1 package
    Zucchini with peel – 2
    Cucumber with peel - 2 cucumbers
    Grape Tomatos - 1 whole container (8-10 oz)
    Radicchio - 1 small head
    Frisee, 1 head/bushel
    Endive (yellow) 1-2 heads
    Butter leaf Lettuce – 1 head

Tips

I eat this alone, with crumbled blue cheese or with fresh slices of avocado. You can add any dressings =)


Directions

Rinse all veggies, dice zucchini and cucumber (diagnally)
Hand shred all bushels/heads of greens.
mix all veggies, except for the cucumbers/tomatos.

In a large salad container...place the mixed salad and then Lay the cucumbers and tomatos on the top of the salad.
