Baked version of traditional Filipino Lumpia Shanghai Baked version of traditional Filipino Lumpia Shanghai
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1 lb ground Chicken
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    0.5 cup diced onions
    0.25 cup green onions
    4 cloves of garlic minced
    1 can of sliced waterchestnuts, diced
    2 Eggs
    2 Tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 teaspoon pepper, or to taste

    1 package of all purpose wrapper (I used Menlo brand)

Tips

1 lumpia = 1 serving


Directions

Preheat oven to 375F
Mix all ingredients, then wrap in wrapper.
Line up on baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake at 375F for 30-45 mins until browned.
