    1/2 Cup Organic Sprouted Spring Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cup Organic Sprouted Spelt Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2/3 Cup Shortening
    5 Tbsp Water, ice Cold


1. Mix Flours and Salt together
2. Cut 1/3 cup of Shortening into Flour until pea size.
3. Cup remaining 1/3 Cup Shortening into Flour Mixture.
4. Add Ice Cold Water, sprinkling 1 Tbsp at a time onto Flour Mixture.
5. Continue adding Ice Cold Water and mixing just enough to hold ingredients together, forming a ball.
6. At this point, you can wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or roll the dough out to size of your pie pan.
