Ingredients

    1/4 cup salad oil
    2 tbsp splenda
    2 tbsp malt vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp almond extract
    6 cups mixed greens
    12 oz. mandarin oranges, (or 3 medium oranges, peeled and halved)
    1 cup thinly sliced celery
    2 tbsp sliced green onion
    1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
    In screw-top jar combine oil, splenda, vinegar, salt, and almond extract. Cover and shake to dissolve salt and splenda. Chill.
    Combine greens, oranges, celery, and green onion. Sprinkle with almonds. Pour dressing over and toss gently to coat. Serve at once. Makes 6 1.5 cup servings.

    Incredible!
    Add dressing at time of serving. It is best when mixings are evenly coated. David and I would put the fixing in a big ziploc and add the dressing and then shake the bag. - 5/7/16

    Very Good
    Very good. I used regular vinegar and it worked great. Will defintely make again. Left overs were good for lunch. - 6/2/08
