We like things spicy, so this is how I make it. I don't expect anyone to make it this way. I typed it up because my husband and I need to count our sodium and carbs and this was the only way I could post it on my meal plan.     Ground Beef, extra lean, 36 oz (2.25 pounds)
    4 medium onions, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 cup chili powder
    1.5 tsp. cumin
    1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    2 tbsp. crushed red pepper
    3 15 oz cans kidney beans
    1 extra large can (102 oz) whole peeled tomatoes
