Introduction

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Fresh, about 1/2 lemon), 2 Tbsp Agave Nectar, 8 oz H2O, 1/10 tsp Cayenne Pepper 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Fresh, about 1/2 lemon), 2 Tbsp Agave Nectar, 8 oz H2O, 1/10 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Fresh, about 1/2 lemon)
    2 Tbsp Agave Nectar
    8 oz H20
    1/10 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Tips

Do not use lemons fresh out of the fridge, enzymes are dormant when cold. Do not premix as the nutrients are live in the lemons and the Pepper will steep and become too strong or hot to drink.

Directions

No cooking required. Do not use any pulp from the lemon. Drink one glass of H20 after each glass of lemonade.
