Ingredients

Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup
Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, yields
Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 8 slice
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Non Stick Spray
1Tblsp Cinnamon
Tips
You can choose to add butter and syrup or powdered sugar but you will have to remember to add how many calories it adds to your serving.
You can also choose to use another fruit it is up to you.

Directions
Pour your egg substitute in a baking dish add your Cinnamon.
Spread Light Cream Cheese onto 1 side of your bread slices then top your cream cheese now add your sliced strawberries then cover with your second slice of bread then gently push down on the top piece of bread so to lock in your strawberries.
Spray your skillet with non stick spray then dip your Stuffed French Toast into your egg mixture then add to skillet and let your french toast cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Then serve.
