My first try at bread. For my tracker, I will weigh the bread when it is done, then just weigh out pieces as I eat them. The fraction of eaten/whole is what you enter in the # servings. Ingredients

    1 c + 2 Tbsp water
    1 Tbsp + 1.5 tsp butter, softened
    0.5 c Firmly packed light brown sugar
    1.25 tsp salt
    3.5 c whole wheat flour
    3 tsp wheat gluten or yeast

Directions

Add ingredients, in order, to the bread machine. Select Whole Wheat, desired color, and 1.5 lb loaf. Press Start!
