Ingredients


    Ingredients
    6 boneless pork chops or 24 oz of pork (bonless chops, country style pork ribs can also be used)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup ketchup
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    Red pepper flakes to taste




    Directions
    1. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
    2. Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Tips

boneless pork loin, country style pork ribs, regular pork chops can all be used

put pork in crock pot
mix all other ingredients and pour over pork
cook on low setting for at least 6 hours
