    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz(remove)
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 2.5 cup, chopped(remove)
    Carrots, raw, 5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)(remove)
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped(remove)
    Garlic, 5 clove(remove)
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2.5 cup, chopped or sliced(remove)
    Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp(remove)
    Salsa, 1 cup(remove)

Tips

the base of this soup is a bit bland try using beef stock or adding salsa to it to make it better but over all not bad


Directions

mix half the garlic garlic pepper and salt with the ground beef and form into meat balls. saute the shallot and garlic until slightly brown than add water and vegetables add meat balls and simmer 45 min
