Ingredients

    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tble. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup sliced bananas

Directions

Mix together the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Mix together the milk and egg yolk. Stir the milk mixture into the sugar mixture. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes in microwave--stirring often until thick. Add margarine, bananas, and vanilla. Refrigerate.
