Ingredients

    1 package boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1 c panko breadcrumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    4 T flour
    Salt and pepper to taste (not included in nutritional calculations.

Tips

Omit the flour and egg and dip chicken in your favorite marinade and then dredge in breadcrumbs. This will affect the calorie calculations of the recipe.


Directions

Preparation. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet.

Coat thighs in flour. Dip in egg. Dredge in Panko bread crumbs.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
