Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Cumin seed, .75 tsp
    Ground tumeric, 1 tbsp
    Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper
    Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts (Unsalted), 3 oz
    Cabbage, fresh, 450 grams
    Peas, frozen, 0.75 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp

Tips

Can be served warm or room temperature.


Directions

1.Heat oil, cumin, tumeric, and chili pepper in large skillet or wok medium heat 3 minutes. 2. Add peanuts, cook 2 minutes more. 3. Add finely shredded cabbage and peas. Stir often and reduce to 1/3rd. Should get browned but not burnt. Mix in salt to taste.
