    cook wheat rotini as directed
    cook jennie-o turkey as directed
    add sauce, and your choice of veggies to burger
    mix cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, sour cream and your desired seasonings

    layer all ingredients as you would a lasagna, sprinkling just a bit of the shredded cheeses on each layer
