Ingredients

    1 large avocado
    1/2 a large onion
    1/2 cup of cilantro
    5 medium sized green tomatillo
    1 small Mexican line
    1.4 cup of water
    salt to taste
    2 serrano peppers (optional)

Tips

make sure its the consistency of a thick soup. If its too thick add a little water. You can add more lime, salt or peppers if you like it spicy.


Directions

Everything goes in raw. In a blender add water,onion, cilantro, tomatillos & peppers. once its liquefied slice the avocado and add it in. Pour in a serving bowl and squeeze in the lime juice and add salt. give it a mix with a spoon and its ready for tacos, or chips.
