    4.5c. flour
    2 tbsp baking powder
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/4c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2c. milk, 2%
    3 large bananas

This is a doubled batch, makes two loaves. Alternatively you can bake as muffins, you can also add chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts.

350 for 60 minutes, adjust accordingly.
