    Dungeness Crab 8 oz
    Cocktail Shrimp 8 oz
    Eggs 2 large
    Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
    sour Cream Reduced Fat 2 tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp
    Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1 cup (reserve 1/4 for topping)
    Hot Pepper Sauce 3 tsp
    Garlic Powder 2 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese .25 cup


beat eggs, add wet ingredients except butter to eggs, blend well. in separate bowl mix crab, shrimp, and 3/4 cup bread crumbs. Add wet ingredients to this bowl, blend well.
Melt butter, add 1/4 cup bread crumbs to butter, add a dash or two of hot pepper sauce.
Press casserole mixture into pan. Top with bread crumb mixture, then top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 18 minutes, then turn on broiler for last few minutes to brown top.
Use more or less garlic and hot sauce to taste.
