    1 pound of lean ground beef
    2 cans of red kidney beans (2 drained)
    3 cans of Bravo Spagetti sauce
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    1 cup chopped onions
    pinch of cayanne pepper
    1 tsp dried marjoram
