    1 - bag frozen mirepox (onion, celery & carrots)
    1 - bag frozen onions & peppers
    1 - bag frozen chopped spinach
    1 acorn squash baked
    1 butternut squash baked
    3 cups chicken broth
    1 bag of rice cooked
    parsley
    oregano
    garlic
    pepper to taste

Directions

put everything in the crockpot and simmer all day
