I modified this recipe to make it Spark-friendly and lower in calories than the original one. The almonds and sesame seeds make it extra delicious as well as healthier. Ingredients

4 c shredded red cabbage
4 c shredded green cabbage
8 scallions
1/2 c toasted almonds (I use ground, but you can use slivered or chopped)
1/2 c toasted sesame seeds
2 T tamari (or soy) sauce
1/4 c vinegar
1 t salt
1 t pepper
Tips
I love this salad so much that I eat a cup of it at a time, but you can halve the calories by having only half a cup. Enjoy!
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
