Ingredients

    1 cup chicken (cut up) cooked in water
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1.5 cup celery, chopped
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    thicken with flour and broth of chicken
    serve over white rice

Tips

Mushrooms can also be added.


Directions

1) Poach chicken in water for 20 minutes
2) Prepare rice as instructed on bag
3) Mix all ingredients together in frying pan (not rice) and heat over medium until cooked
4) Serve mixture over rice.
