Ingredients

    *Azteca Burrito size Flour Tortilla, 4 serving
    PUBLIX Light Sour Cream (2 Tbsp), 7 serving
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Curry powder, 4 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 large whole (3" dia)
    *garam marsala, 1 tsp
    *ground corriander, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp

Directions

cube chicken, cook with all spices except curry powder.
Cube tomato half, add to sour cream and curry powder and mix well.
Place chicken, then 1/2C spinach, then 1/4 of the sour cream mixture on a burrito tortilla.
