Ingredients

2 cups (1 can) Organic Garbanzo Beans
6 small green olives (or 3 large green olives)
3 small cloves of garlic, minced
3 tsp. olive oil
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped or minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper(optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Tips
Serve hummus with carrot strips, red bell pepper strips, or any other veggie you may want. It is also good served with pita crisps.
Directions
Mince garlic with a garlic press, put all ingredients in a food processor & process until smooth. You can add more olive oil if you think it needs it, but remember, that will add to the calories and fat.
