Ingredients

    4 oz softened cream cheese
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1/2 tsp wet garlic
    1 jar Ragu pizza sauce
    2-2 cup bags cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1-2 cup bag mozzarella cheese
    15 pepperoni
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    2 servings soft italian meatballs (see recipe)
    2 oz sausage

Tips

Can also use alfredo sauce and other toppings to make a white pizza (re-calculate nutrition for other sauces & toppings).


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth (use blender). Add cream, Parmesan cheese, and spices. Spray 13x9 glass baking dish with PAM. Put 2 cups of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mixture over. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread with sauce then add your toppings. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake till browning and bubbly (or however you like your pizza). Let stand for 5 minutes or so.
