Introduction

Combine 3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt; 1/2 teaspoon mustard; 1 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise; 2 tablespoons chopped celery; 1/2 medium carrot, chopped; 1 tablespoon chopped parsley; and 1 tablespoon chopped chives. Toss with 1 cup chopped cooked chicken.
