Introduction
These are a modification of a recipe to mimic Applebee's Blonde Brownies. Sprinkle with chocolate chips before baking, if desired. The servings are 1.5 x 1.5 small squares. Rice flour, white, .5 cup*Bob's Red Mill AlmondMeal/Flour(1/4cup), 56 gram(s)
Salt, .5 tsp
Baking Powder, .5 tsp
Brown Sugar, .75 cup, unpacked
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Butter, salted, .25 stick, melted
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp

Directions
Mix rice flour, almond meal, salt, and baking powder. In seperate bowl,mix sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla. Combine two mixtures...batter will be thick. If to thick to spread, you can add a splash of milk or a Tbsp of applesauce but don't over-do it.
Spread in 6 x 9 inch pan (or 8 x 8 should work). Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until light brown and toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut.
