Introduction

Craving something sweet but want to cut the fat and calories? This is a definite treat! Craving something sweet but want to cut the fat and calories? This is a definite treat!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 large apple, peeled and cored, and cut into wedges
    1/2 cup granola
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine apple, water, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Spray a mini-casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour apple mixture into dish, and top with granola. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Let cool and serve! Makes 2 servings.
