Ingredients

    1 Can Peaches (lite Syrup) (Drained)
    1 C. Blueberrys (fresh or Frozen)
    3 Tbsp., + 1 1/4 tsp. Truvia
    3/4 C. Jiffy Baking Mix (or Bisquick Heart Healthy Mix)
    1 tsp. Grn. Ginger
    1 tsp. Grn. Cinnamon
    3/4 C. Almond Milk (unsweetened Vanillia)

Tips

I usually serve warm with Lite Cool Whip.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350, spray 8x8 baking dish with Pam.
In a medium bowl mix blueberrys, Peaches, and 3 Tbsp truvia, and 1 Tbsp, of the baking mix and pour into baking dish.
In a small bowl mix the baking mix, the remaining truvia, ginger, cinnamon, and milk. Stir until soft dough forms and drop by spoon fulls on top of fruit, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
