    7oz Roasted Red Peppers from a jar (Drained coarsley chopped)
    1 tbsp of chopped fresh basil leaves
    1 small clove garlic
    1/2 cup fat free cream cheese


In a food processor place roasted red peppers, basil and garlic. Process until finely chopped. Add in cream cheese and process until smooth.
Place in to air tight container and refridgerate for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 16 Tbsp
