Ingredients

    ½ cup peeled, seeded lychees, drained and finely diced
    ½ cup ketchup
    ½ cup white wine
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    3 dashes hot sauce
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Combine lychees, ketchup, white wine, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chili powder, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes or until thickened.
