Ingredients

1 TBSP cinnamon applesauce
1/2 cup a-p flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
1/4 cup skim milk
4 oz light nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
1/4 cup dried berries or raisins (40 grams)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Combine all ingredients in bowl until just moistened, do not over beat.
3. Grease muffin cups or line with papers, fill 2/3 full.
4. Bake 20-22 minutes until nicely browned. Cool separately from pan. Enjoy.
