Ingredients

    White kidney beans 19 fl oz can
    Chunk light tuna in water 120g
    Lemon juice 3 Tbsp
    Olive oil 2 Tbsp
    Garlic clove, crushed 1
    Salt 1 tsp or to taste
    Pepper, 1 tbsp or to taste
    Red onion 1/4C
    Basil, chopped 3 Tbsp

Directions

Mince/crush garlic.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt,pepper together and whisk.
Drain kidney beans and rinse. Drain tuna. Add all other ingredients and mix gently.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1/2c servings
