A great soup that is easy to make and uses many leftovers. A great soup that is easy to make and uses many leftovers.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth
    4 oz cooked chicken (white meat)
    3/4 cup cooked couscous
    1/2 cup carrots, cooked
    1/2 cup broccoli, cooked
    1/2 cup cauliflower, cooked
    1/2 cup corn, cooked or canned

Directions

Mix all together and heat before serving.

    Good base recipe. I used barley, don't care for couscous. For those who want to know how much for one serving, recipe says eight servings...simply divide by eight. - 1/25/11
