Ingredients

6 eggs
2 cans of pillsbury biscuits
1 lb of sausage
4 granny smith apples
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1 Tbs of maple syrup
Tips
These are good to take camping or to enjoy at a party. I myself make them on my day off wrap them in parchment paper after I let them cool and I freeze them so i can pop them in the microwave and have a nice breakfast on my way to work.
Directions
Scramble 6 eggs and cook, Once finished set aside in bowl to cool.
Brown sausage once sausage is cooked drain off fat and return to pan add maple syrup and cook a little longer. Add to bowl with eggs.
Peel and core apples then dice into chunks add to egg and sauce, either sghred or dice cheese and add mix togteher and set aside. get a ungreasedcookier sheet. (you'll need two)
Take one buscuit and roll out with rolling pin or fingers till its about the sice of a sauce. Take two heaping spoon fulls of mixtuer and put in middle of flat biscuit. Pull sides together and pinch and put joined side down on pan. Continue this till all buscuits are filled and bake for fifteen minutes or till golden brown. Let cool and enjoy
