Ingredients

For the Loaf:
2 lbs Ground Beef 90% lean
2 large Sweet Onion (240 grams)
1/4 cup Parsley
2 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Salt
To stuff the meat loaf:
1 can Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn
1 can Del Monte Cut Green Beans
3 medium carrots chopped and cooked (boiled with water and salt)
4 cups Old World Style Traditional Ragu tomato sauce
Tips
Serve with rice and a nice salad. Share with friends!
Directions
Preheat the over at 350F.
1. Mix the ingredients for the meat loaf and divide in two.
2. Press one of them in a rectangular shape preparing to connect that layer along the long side.
3. Mix the corn, green beans, and carrots and divide it putting half in the first meat loaf across half of it (you will fold the meat on top of this and close it.)
4. Fold the meat and close it along the long way and on the two extremes of the loaf.
5. Place the loaves on a 9x13 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Let it cook for 15 minutes and pour the tomato sauce on top.
7. Let it cook for 15 more minutes.
