Ingredients

Kraft SuperMac (whole grain) and Cheese, Suggested Prep, 1 box (plus milk and butter for prep)
Oscar Mayer Turkey Hot Dog, 4 serving
Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 2 cup
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. WHile that's cooking dice the turkey dogs into bit sized pieces. When the pasta is almost done, drain into colander.
Add about an inch or two of hot water to the empty (still hot) pot. Bring to boil. Add the frozen green beans (or peas or corn or...) return to boil and add turkey dog pieces. Cook until the hot dogs are warm. Drain into the same colander as the pasta.
Add the milk and butter (as described by the light option on the box) to the pot. Add pasta, dog, veggies to the pot. Add cheese dust and stir.
The secret is to use the whole grain style mac and cheese and the light prep.
