Ingredients

    2 Haddock Filets (individually packaged)
    1 Can DelMonte Basil, Garlic & Oregano Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
    1/2 cup finely choppd onion
    3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 cup Swanson 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Tips

Excellent over brown rice


Directions

Combine salt, pepper and paprika and sprinkle over raw fish filets. Heat olive oil and swirl around heated pan. Add filets (skin side down). Cook on high 3 mins.
Flip filets and reduce to medium heat. Add garlic, onion, red pepper and cook approx. 4 mins. Add tomato and broth and simmer 6 mins.
