Ingredients

    1/2 grapefruit, sectioned and juice set aside
    100g shrimp, cooked
    6 asparagus spears (grilled or steamed)
    1c shredded lettuce
    1/2 tsp ground mustard
    1/2 tsp stevia
    dash salt & pepper

Directions

combine lettuce, shrimp, asparagus and grapefruit. in a bowl or dressing container mix; juice of grapefruit, sea salt, pepper, Stevia, and ground mustard. pour over salad and enjoy!
