Introduction

A delicious twist on tuna salad with added fruits and veggies to make it heartier. A delicious twist on tuna salad with added fruits and veggies to make it heartier.

Ingredients

    4 cans tuna in water, drained
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup canned black olives, rinsed & chopped
    1/2 apple, chopped
    3 T dill pickle relish
    2 T mayo
    8 cups baby spinach
    8 slices bread, toasted

Directions

Open cans & drain water.
Mix tuna, onion, olives, apples, relish & mayo together.
Toast 1 slice of bread for each serving.
Top toast with 1 cup of baby spinach, then 1/2 cup tuna salad.
Eat open faced & enjoy!
