Ingredients

    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
    1 Cup Pace Chunky Salsa
    1 15oz can Reduced Sodium Black Beans
    1 Can Campbells Cream of Chicken & Mushroom (prefer to use low sodium, but didn't have on hand)

Tips

It's really 1 cup of salsa, I was just doing this in a rush.


Directions

Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 4-5 hours. serve over brown rice
