Ingredients

Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Pumpkin seeds (raw, no shells)
Almonds, sliced
dried cranberries
shredded coconut, unsweetened
flax seed
brown sugar or raw sugar
honey

Directions
-Crunch up the Kashi Go Lean Crunch into small bits
-Chop the dried cranberries into small pieces
-Mix together all the ingredients, except the sugar and honey, in a large bowl
-Heat the sugar & honey in a heavy bottom pot, stir constantly, continue to stir once it comes to rolling boil, after 2 min. at a rolling boil, remove from heat
-Slowly pour over melted sugar over cereal nut mixture, mixing thoroughly
-Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan, lined with parchment paper, flatten and compress, using a 2nd piece of parchment paper on top to prevent sticking
-After cooling 15 min, cut into pieces
-Store in an airtight container
