Ingredients

shrimp medium 20 or large 15
chipotle peppers - 2 small
Dried red chilli (mild) - 1 medium
coriander seeds - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper corns - 1 tsp
salt to taste
lemon juice from half medium lemon
canola oil - 2 tbsp
Suji ( finely ground cracked wheat ) to be used as breading
Tips
Pat dry shrimp so that I get nicely coated with the spice blend.
Do not overcook shrimps, they cook really fast.
Directions
1) Grind all the dry spices in a spice grinder or coffee grinder.
2) Add the spice blend to shrimps.
3) Add the lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp oil and mix
4) Coat cast iron pan/ grilling pan/ frying pan with 1/2 tbsp oil.
5) When the pan is hot, coat each shrimp with suji and put on the pan.
6) Cook one side, flip over and cook other side.
