Ingredients

    lentils, .25 cup dry, 1.5 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, .75 cup, chopped
    Cheese, La Chona Quesadilla Shredded, 3 oz
    Water, bottled, 1 serving

Directions

chop broccoli, combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low and cook for an additional 3-5 hours
