    1 tbls almonds
    1/2 cup skim milk


Directions

mix in container with cinnamon and splenda add 1/2 to 1 cup hot water , microwave 1-2 minutes

    Incredible!
    We made something like this but without the milk and we only eat half a cup of oatmeal. It was very good and filling . We added dried cranberries and cherries to it. - 9/22/19
