Ingredients

    Cashew Nuts (dry roasted, no salt), 1 cup
    Pine Nuts (no salt), 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Lemon Juice, 1/2 TBS
    Thyme, 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
    Freshly ground black pepper & sea salt to taste
    Water, tap, 3/4 cup

Tips

Tastes great on spaghetti squash. Could add some olive oil or Parmesan to it, if you don't mind the fat/calories/dairy.


Directions

Put it all in a blender or VitaMix. Start on low and speed up gradually so it all stays at the bottom of the container. Blend until creamy.

Could heat a bit before serving, but not necessary. A VitaMix will heat it up if you leave in on an extra minute on high.
