Introduction

baked rather than fried! baked rather than fried!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    tuna solid white albacore, 2 cans
    cracker or bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    3/4 cup catsup
    1/2 cup ea. diced celery, onion, &/or bell pepper
    1 T lemon juice
    lemon zest to taste
    drain and flake tuna, add all other ingredients. spray a 6 section muffin pan with Pam, divide tuna mix into each of six sections and bake

Tips

calorie count is with cracker crumbs and each serving is 2 cakes. I usually use 1 T dried onion, which would change the fiber count


Directions

bake at 325 for 30 minutes

Serving Size:3 servings two cakes each
