    1 stick of butter
    1/2 large sweet onion, sliced
    5 russett potatoes
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/2 cup milk
    2 cups of corn
    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup beef stock
    2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp flour
    Garlic salt (to taste)
    Old bay (to taste)


Caramelize onions in 1/2 stick of butter over low/medium heat. Remove onions and reserve leftover butter. Peel, cut and boil potatoes with the garlic cloves. Mash potatoes with remaining butter and milk. Cook ground beef. Drain then add onion butter, beef stock and worcestershire. Season with garlic salt and old bay to taste. Add flour to thicken. In a 13x9 pan layer the beef, then corn, then potatoes and bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes.
