Introduction

Substitute half whole wheat flour.
I add a a tiny sprinkle of mini chocolate chips for a light sweetness.

Ingredients

    2 eggs, seperated
    2 cups milk
    2 cups flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    6 Tbls oil

Directions

Beat egg yolks well. Beat in remaining ingredients, except egg whites, until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour from ladle or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops or according to iron instrucions.

Serving Size: Makes 12 4x4 waffles = 6 servings
